Individual search By registering to use Ebiquita's Online Solution (via the Web Site), you will receive a unique Username and Password. This will allow you to input name and address information and search against all of Ebiquita's Data Files. Users of the Online Solution have the choice of inputting full Name and Address or Surname, Postcode and House Number. Most clients choose to search against the Electoral Roll (ER) and British Telecom's Database (BT OSIS). However, you are given options to search against all Suppression Files, for example: National Change of Address, Deceased and Goneaway Files. Where a record matches to the Electoral Roll, the system will list all names ER Confirmed at the address input by the user. By searching against BT OSIS, the Online Solution will return the BT Registered Name and Telephone Number. The name and address details you input do not need to be an exact match to the details contained on BT OSIS and the ER, as the system allows for variances, using phonetic matching. Other features of Ebiquita's Online Solution include individual Telephone Preference Service look-up and Batch processing. * Guidelines from The Royal Mail mean that not all debt collection agencies will be able to trace gonaways using the NCOA data.
