Lifestyle data
Ebiquita's Telephone Lifestyle Survey
In March 2003, Ebiquita launched a Lifestyle Telephone Survey, which collates Lifestyle data (e.g. date of birth, annual household income, interests / hobbies, insurance renewal dates, etc.) and enables clients to sponsor specific lead-to-purchase questions, bespoke to their business. Ebiquita donates a percentage of the money it takes from the survey to the When You Wish Upon A Star charity and this is used to incentivise respondents.
Lifestyle data is collated via live calls and using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology in order to optimise the volumes and the quality of data generated.
Ebiquita's Mail Order Data Base
In addition to collecting Lifestyle data via our Telephone Survey, we also have several lists of Mail Order Buyers totaling 4.7 million individuals.
The majority of purchases are made via Credit Card Transactions. All Names have been collated after responding to UK catalogues, press inserts, advertisements in national press and lead generation programmes and many of which are multiple purchasers, therefore making them highly responsive individuals.
Psychographic Lifestyle Data
In association with W3 Commerce, Ebiquita are launching a new product at the DM Show (Oct 2003) which gathers psychographic lifestyle data. A network of 'content rich' web sites has been written by experts providing factual information about a variety of issues, for example: planning finances, home improvements, health and pets. As the user navigates around the site, a central computer system gathers information about the individual and their interests. The user is presented with opportunities to click through to related sites, complete a consumer survey, vote in a 'topical' poll or register their name and address for more information. As a result, vast quantities of quality prospects are being generated in real time which can be output to companies for targeted direct marketing.
